Im done! I cant do this anymore! I know everyone needs a job, but Ive been on the phone almost everyday for 2 weeks talking to a different person from Comcast, one from the Philippines, one who couldnt understand me, one I couldnt understand! My phone is still busy after 2 weeks, I have to reset the modem everytime I need to get on the internet, the cable isnt working on one of the TVs, they cant find my account - not with my name, address, phone number or social security number. Im calling AT & T U-Verse bright and early Monday morning; Ive had enough for today!
