Im looking for a horse to lease, preferably a lease with option to buy. Ive struggled finding a good confidence building horse since losing my nerve after having kids. Looking for a horse 15hh and upwards, must be safe and quiet on the ground around kids, must be happy to be ridden out alone as I ride by myself 99% of the time, but also able to be ridden in a group on the odd occasion without getting too hot and wanting to be silly. something genuinely quiet, no buck, bolt, kick, rear etc. Safe on roads. Not spooky. Would like something quiet enough that my beginner husband can learn to ride on if possible. Would love something I could ride on a loose rein walk trot and canter. Just a real chilled out horse. No older than 20. Doesnt have to look pretty. Dont want one that will get herd bound. I only ride a couple of times a week, sometimes only one a fortnight so need something that can be left a few weeks workout going nuts. Long list I know but surely there is one out there! Can provide references to assure excellent horsey home. Im located Toowoomba area, but will travel up to 2 hours for perfect horse. :-)
