Im not sure which is worse: the mail order pharmacy or our local pharmacy chain. With mail order my experience has been that I needed to order on-line at least 2 weeks before I ran out and then, maybe, if I was lucky I would get my prescriptions close to when I needed them. Their automatic ordering system was a joke and I ended up with a 150 day supply of the one prescription I decided that I would try. With our local pharmacy chain (I wont mention the name) I stopped and asked to have three prescriptions refilled. They said it would be about 20 minutes so I said that I would go get groceries and be back. I was back in about 40 minutes and they hadnt even started so I cooled my heels for another 15 minutes before they were ready. And I get to pay a penalty for this excellent service.
