Im really grateful for the kindness of good people. Without them, I dont know what I would have done when that drunk driver hit me on my way home from singing karaoke last night causing me to crash into a median then spin-out. My car was totaled though I walked away from it completely okay sustaining only one cut on my neck from a nail of mine that broke on the steering wheel and a lot of soreness now. A nice guy named George waited with me until the police got there and gave me his phone number if I needed a witness because he saw what happened. Then after my car was towed away, a police officer who still couldnt believe I wasnt in the back of an ambulance because of the damage to my car drove me home after talking to both my Dad and my brother at length on the phone to assure them I was really alright besides all the shock. Im couldnt be more thankful that Im just fine and for all of their help with something I still cant believe even happened.
