Im really proud of my company, and of Tony for creating a program that caters to a population that is often neglected in the (main stream) fitness industry... The beginners. The injured. The Im too old to do that sh** population. Not everyone wants an extreme Im training for the NBA workout program. They just want to feel like leading an active and healthy life is DOABLE and MAINTAINABLE because the workouts that they do are actually ENJOYABLE!
