Im saddened to see that even if a majority of state voters make a decision to constitutionalize and then vote again to further amend that constitution that a federal judge can strike it down with the slide of his pen. And can refuse to hear any appeals in the matter. The federal government has become a tyranny. Im not hating on anyone, just discouraged by the overreaching arm of the federal judges.
