Im sitting, staring at the TV as the talking heads continue to drive home the mind numbing news that Robin Williams is gone. Feels like Im searching for some imaginary retrofitted window where somebody could reach back in the short time hes been gone to stick out a catchers mitt and softly catch him just before he makes his final fall. As tho theres some glimmer of hope that this us just a horrible premonition of what could happen if we would only pay closer attention to what somehow we missed! Its profoundly sobering isnt it - What little any of us know about the inner struggle within each . . No matter how they seem publicly. There are thousands and thousands of people who rise to fame in our life time, but each of us relate to only a few that we claim as ours faves. Robin Williams was that guy. Our guy. If only he knew wed love him even if he had abandoned his public persona to do whatever he need to do to get healthy! Anything but this. Our hearts are torn wide open. The world just got a little bit darker. Well miss our Robin. Rest in peace brother.
