Im so sorry for ur loss of ur beautiful little boy Harry.. In 2005, my son Bradley was taken ill.. He was constantly screaming as in pain, he was clammy n had a pulsating lump in his neck..(we joked at the time tht it was his stress lump!) I saw 3 different GPs at my surgery, they all said it was his back teeth growing n to keep giving Calpol.. This was goin on over a week, on the Thursday night I cudnt console him n u dont know wot it was, suppose a mothers intuition, I took him to A&E at Queens hospital in Burton on Trent.. We were seen and sent to X-ray.. Told to go to childrens ward.. We were only ther a few mins n we were put in an ambulance blue lights all the way to Glenfield in leics.. I was so scared, wen we got ther a doc took me to one side n said my son was seriously ill n it was touch n go if he made it thro the night!! I was a wreck in my own in a strange hospital n my son very poorly.. He had an enlarged liver n was in heart failure, the pulse in his neck was his heart rate goin tht fast it was goin thro his neck!!!! Brad was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy (enlarged heart) n atrial tachycardia (extra fast heart rate).. The docs I had seen previously had not checked him over a simple check of his chest, it wudnt have gon on so long.. To cut a long story short, my son is now fit n well, discharged in Jan 2014 from Glenfield, off all meds. Hes a strong n brill footballer (thro this has made his heart stronger) and celebrates his 12th birthday on 5/11.. It cud av so easily been so different n Im so lucky to av my boy here.. Ur video n story brought it all back n my heart goes out to ur family.. The pain n heartache u r goin thro I can only imagine.. Lets do this for Harry!! Shared video n signed petition..
