Im so tired of worrying about EVERYTHING! My rental house tenants - TopicsExpress

Im so tired of worrying about EVERYTHING! My rental house tenants are almost 3 months behind in rent, property insurance due the end of this month & property taxes will be due in February and hopefully they will move out without destroying the place! This whole thing makes me sick! Im up worrying EVERYNITE! I didnt make them pay deposit so all cleanup will be on me. Its just so depressing when you try to help someone and end up being the bad guy because I need the rent paid! I have to pay taxes or Ill lose the house. Hopefully Ill be able to get it rented out again soon this time with s lease and security deposit! I just wish I could go to sleep! Go to bed and stay there forever! Im tired of worrying about trying house & getting into programs and going from office to office then signing up with all the paperwork. Paul loves his family so much! Never invited to family functions probably because of me.
