Im sure there are most that know, and some that dont, but one of my daughters has CF. I dont always have the easiest time expressing what it is that I go through in dealing with her illness. I try to remember that it is just something else that I (and we, as a family) am learning to deal with. These comics so adequately convey exactly what it is that I sometimes dwell on that I had a hard time reading all of them. I choked back the tears at points and got through them. My ex-wife and I didnt have the luxury of a genetic counselor and were even told before she was born that there was no chance she could have CF. If you know someone that has CF or know a family (such as mine) that is affected by it, I encourage you to read these. They are touching to say the least and if I ever met this woman she would get the biggest hug in the world from me.
