Im sure this will be greeeeeeaaaaaaat for all consumers... :( Just like the recent AT&T and DirecTV merger... ...aaaand the one with Comcast and Time-Warner. The fact that a merger of this scale is actually happening makes it painfully obvious how those in our government that are supposed to keep companies from becoming monopolies are completely bought and paid for - to the degree they dont even begin to try and hide it. The last time mergers of this size happened there were at least a few in place to help break this monopoly up... but now... the companies have wised up and made sure history wouldnt repeat itself by buying up those in office who have the power to break them up again.
