Im walking around Walmart today and I see another guy shopping. He is wearing a name tag that says David Cassidy. Now, for some strange reason the only show I think Ive actually watched on TV the past few weeks has been the Partridge Family. So, when I see David Cassidy I cant help but laugh just a little bit. And it turns into an embarrassing giggle. He notices me looking in his direction and trying very unsuccessfully not to laugh. He gives me a quizzical look. All of the sudden it hits me. The perfect thing to say. Its the kind of thing you usually think of about 30 seconds after the right moment and then you spend the rest of the day kicking yourself for missing the opportunity. If only you were a bit more quick-witted. As I am walking past a now visibly confused David Cassidy I open my mouth to utter I think I love you, which he is either going to find hilarious or it is only going to confuse him even more.
