In Lent we prepare to celebrate the Central mystery of our Faith , the Death and Resurrection of the Lord, through fasting, almsgiving and prayer, practices already carried Israel since ancient times and that the Lord has been renewed through his Cross, and so by the forgiveness of sins and the gift of the Holy spirit, we do not fast, do not give alms, and do not pray with the hypocrisy of Pharisees and Sadducees, but with a renewed spirit the comes from the of our Baptism...
