In Sweden, according to translator for Jihad Watch, Ali Dashti, Gang rapes, usually involving Muslim immigrant males and native Swedish girls, have become commonplace. A few weeks ago she said, Five Kurds brutally raped a 13-year-old Swedish girl. In France, Samira Bellil broke her silence after enduring years of repeated gang rapes in one of the Muslim populated public housing projects and wrote a book, In the hell of the tournantes, that shocked France. Describing how gang rape is rampant in the banlieues, she explained to Time that, any neighborhood girl who smokes, uses makeup or wears attractive clothes is a whore. In Indonesia, in 1998, human rights groups documented the testimony of over 100 Chinese women who were gang raped during the riots that preceded the fall of President Suharto. Many of them were told: You must be raped, because you are Chinese and non-Muslim. Can you seriously tell me that France was completely oblivious to all the racial rapes that are being aimed at Muslim women in their country? It is highly unlikely that no one knew about it. Imagine how many years these mass rapes have been going on. This makes you wonder about the rights of foreigners in other countries. A country thrives based on its international relations and tourists and travelers bring in a great deal of revenue and wealth to a country. How does it make you feel about traveling to other countries when you know how badly you might be treated by the people or discriminated against? Women are punished by society if they are ugly, but when you are pretty or wear makeup, you are punished as well. For women, it is a battle that is impossible to win. As long as rapists can find some way to justify rape, whether it be based on their religion or some other crazy excuse they come up with, women will always fight for their lives. This makes you question the value of life. Is it really so great and what would the world be like if many decided to kill themselves because the world is too cruel to women? A friend once told me, men would go insane if there were no women. If this is true, what chaos could ensue if there were few women or none at all? Would the human population reach the verge of extinction and would any believe in a God anymore? Such high incidences of rape, and yet most dont see it as a crisis or as a sign that its time to fight against it. Why? I realized that many of my female friends date just to have the protection that men provide, but where were the families or lovers of the women mentioned in these articles when they needed help? I know they had some male figure who would have fought for them or helped them if they could, but they werent there. Police are mostly called after a crime occurs, they try to get there before, but this is often not the case. What about when government itself turns its back on you as much as you give back to society and pay taxes or make the government wealthy, like in the case of France mentioned above? Bottom line, you can only protect yourself. Others might help you if they are there, but it is unlikely they will be always be there. A woman, unless she is a ruler of a country or royalty, is likely to spend most of her days unguarded. Someone cannot be with you to protect you every moment of everyday. If the world insists on hurting us, then fight it back, because its either that or you will be left at the mercies of anyone who decides to hurt you, you will be dead, or wish you were by the end of it.
