In a corporate body we are working. It is not not a Government sector.. It may be Press, It may some Educational institution, I.T hub.. what ever it may be Employee should work according tothe rules and regulations as per agreement executed.. The employer should not infringe the employee fundamental rights and should provide security to the personnel. The corporate body should not be against to any cast, religion , cast oriented vruththulu like purohitam, vaastu jyotishyam.. what ever work it may be kammari kummari, farmer every one living on the earth for food... The employer also earning money to their coming generations. in a disguise as if they are for working for poor people or society.. In the society no corporatebody never works for the society . They works for their betterment and acquire properties to a tune of ages together. ... Even then Thney have to give security and job safety to the personnel utilising their servises in a good means... In the case Government and in some incidents due to public wrath the employee is sufferingIn . In case of banks the manager have to giveloans otherwise he will be treated as inefficient. If he give loans at the stage of retirement in connection of no dues he may suffer. likewise if it is press any controversy took place The highest authorities will be in secured place. Ultimate sufferer is the journalist , reporter, or workers to wrath of aggrieved party. All the intellectuals , and saamaajika samstalu should try to get change in the employer and save the families of the journalist or any worker working in the corporate body. Then all the societies associatons will pray for the god to come out from havoc took place. At every stage assualtation is not good. Primafacie They may be arrested and First Information Report and produce the m before court of law(if it is violent state ) Even in the case of freedom fight gandhiji choosed non violance. I am praying Saturn, and Hanuma to save the Journalists from the glimpses of mishap in between employer and Government
