In case you didnt know our family is into softball, so I made a decision to sell my dirt bike, I have only ridden it about 7 times in the last 5 years. It was a very emotional weekend for me as I had a lot of memories attached to that thing. People places sights smells good and bad. I choose not to remember the 3 broken ribs, knocked outs, collar bone broken in 4 places. Only the time spent with my Dad Brother nephew and good friends. The uncontrollable laughter when you are out of gas or broke down and pushing, or wiped out laying under a tree, the stink of a helmet that hasnt had the inside washed since your last ride, the unending power and lighting quick throttle response of a supreme foreign luxury machine. The wind rushing past your cheeks as you hit a straight away and twist the gas hard and the feeling of weightlessness as the front wheel comes up and you ride the back tire only for as long as you can. Keep the rubber side down old friend and happy mud slinging. Now lets play some balls out SOFTBALL.
