In exactly THREE DAYS, #P90X3 will be available to purchase through Beachbody coaches! This is going to be #HUGE!!! Every #workout is only #30minutes long. ALERT: Anyone that wants to workout can do it! This is NOT a shortened version of P90X or X2. Yes, Some moves will be the same, but there are a lot if new moves that you can tailor to your fitness level. For this purpose, there is a #modifier to take moves easier and a trainer to follow to go #highintensity. I personally have never done P90X or X2, but I am BEYOND PSYCHED to see what P90X3 is all about with the 30 minute workouts! And Im making it known here, I WILL be one of those people who rock 6-pack abs after the Challenge Group starting January 6th! I will be doing the program with you and sharing my changes and thoughts throughout the workouts!
