In the last month, four out of five of my main managers have out-of-the-blue told me that Im a great boss and wonderful to work for. These are seriously the most treasured compliments to me, because its hard to be an effective, loving and measured leader. Ive not always been good at it. And as I was also told today Im very particular. So, to feel like I can look back and see how Ive grown and continued to hold high standards with compassion and consistency, I feel proud of myself :). And very very grateful to all of my team that has helped me evolve so much.
