“Incorporating Sustainable practices into our building project is something we know is the right thing to do, for us, our tenants, and the community.” - Tim Pulliam The Front and Cass Development project is pursuing LEED certification, and targeting the Gold level of certification. By pursuing LEED, we will be implementing several features into the project in an attempt to reduce our energy consumption, water consumption, and carbon footprint from a conventional building baseline.
