India offering dialogue process to shield its own HR violations: Shah “Dialogue under Indian Constt not acceptable”: Chairman Democratic Freedom Party (DFP)Shabir Ahmad Shah Monday said India has been exposed before the people as cases about the custodial killings, disappearances and unknown graves are coming out. He also reiterated his call for a complete shutdown on the eve of PM”s visit. “It is surprising that India is indulging in human rights violations and in order to shieldsuch crimes, they are talking of holding dialogue,” Shah said in a statement issued to Global News Service on Monday. “We are not against any dialogue for the resolution of Kashmir issue but the dialogue under Indian constitution has neither succeeded in past nor will it succeed in future,” he said. Shah said that Kashmiri nation has been offering sacrifices from last two decades in their fight against illegal occupation of India and no one will be allowed to play with these sacrifices. “No one will be allowed to playwith the sacrifices rendered by our people and justify the illegal occupation of India,” Shah said while addressing the gathering after meeting the family members of slain militants Altaf Ahmad Baba andMuhammad Abbass of Pulwama. DFP Chairman said that Kashmiri issue is a dispute involving three parties - Kashmiri pro-freedom group, Pakistan and India and “there are also resolutions passed by the United Nations.” “We believe that the issue can’t be solved through bilateral talks but through tripartite talks or through the implementation of the UN resolutions”. Shah said the motive behind holding a sit-in demo on June 18 is to send a clear message to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh that despite his calls for zero tolerance, human rights violations are continuing here. “The ground situation is not well here, people are falling prey to the oppression of India,” Shah said, adding that the whole Kashmiri nation will observe a complete shutdown on the eve of PM”s visit. Meanwhile, DFP Chairman was accompanied by Muslim Conference Chairman Shabir Ahmad Dar and Islamic Political Party Chairman Muhammad Yusuf Naqash.
