Information from Cleveland Police Appeal after Cigarettes Stolen in Burglary, Guisborough Police are appealing for information after cigarettes were stolen from an address on Northgate in Guisborough. At around 4pm on Tuesday 17th June the 64-year-old victim realised that nearly 200 cigarettes had been taken from his kitchen. Earlier in the day a man had called at the address twice to ask for cigarettes, and the victim had obliged and given the man a single cigarette on each occasion. The man is described as tall. Any one who may have witnessed a man acting suspiciously in the area on Tuesday 17th June or anyone with further information is asked to call PC Gareth Davies on the non-emergency 101 number or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
