Information on the stock we received from Frontier: It is a grant of 100 shares of Frontier Restricted Stock. There are details in the welcome booklet that everyone will receive in their welcome bags at the welcome meetings. The grant date is October 27th and there is a 3 year vesting period. The shares vest 100% after 3 years. Thats when you can sell the shares, taxes will be withheld when they vest. Fidelity administers the award, you will get an email from Fidelity with information on opening an account and accepting your award.
