Inspections PASSED and we are officially moving UW students into Brooks House Apartments in Madison, WI right on schedule! This is especially gratifying for me personally since we were able to complete this build with a glorified maintenance guy as a Superintendent and I as the sole office staff, especially considering the winter we went through and the fact that many multi-million dollar general contactor firm in the area are struggling to complete - While our building was opened without conditions and with all work 100% complete. It is also gratifying to see all our hard work come together and give a big middle finger to those who may have doubted me in the past (Horizon). Also, a huge shout out goes to April Kramer for putting up with me recently - without her I couldnt do what I do. Behind every great man is a great woman...she is already great, I have a little work to do. What better way to celebrate than head to South Dakota to set treestands for my November whitetail bow hunt...on my way. Thanks all for your love and support!!
