Is There Any Consciousness After Death??? To start with, weve got to understand that the Word of GOD is SPIRIT and Life (Jn.6:63). And also that the Words of the Law and the Prophets were Divinely inspired and connected (Jn.10:35, 2Pet.1:20-21). So we need the SPIRIT of the Word to enable us discern and dissect. Moreover, Knowledge/Faith grows. And no one is yet an island of Knowledge(Rom.10:17, Phil.3:8-15, 1Jn.3:2, Lk.17:5-6). And we also understand that JESUS is the begining and the end. The author and finisher of our Faith (Jn.1:1-18, Heb.2:1-18, 8:1-13, 12:1-2). Again, we understand that the spirt of man is subjected to the body, while the body was subjected to the earth/universe and its elements (Rom.8:18-25, Gal.4:1-6, Lk.4:13-21, Jn.12:27-33). Now, lets continue... *Dt.29:29< The secret things belong to the LORD our GOD, but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the Words of this Law. *1Cor.2:6-11 NKJV< However, we speak Wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. But we speak the Wisdom of GOD in a mystery, the hidden Wisdom which GOD ordained before the ages for our glory, which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the LORD of Glory. But as it is written: Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the the heart of man, The things which GOD has prepared for those who love HIM. But GOD has revealed Them to us through HIS SPIRIT. For the SPIRIT searches all things, yes, the deep things of GOD. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of GOD except the SPIRIT of GOD. *2Cor.3:4-6 NKJV< And we have such trust through CHRIST toward GOD. Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from GOD, WHO also made us sufficient as ministers of the New Covenant, not of the letter but of the SPIRIT; for the letter kills, but the SPIRIT gives Life. Now starting from the Book of Revelation, I want all that were privileged to be on the post, who are desirous to inquire before GOD, and to understand why the event of 1Samuel 28 had to take place, and whether it was the spirit of Samuel that was invoked, to prayerfully and meditatively begin to consider the Scripture(s) as they continue to unfold under, and through the HOLY SPIRIT... Amen! *Rev.6:9-11 NKJV< When HE opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the Word of GOD and for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O LORD, Holy and True, until YOU judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth? Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed. *Rev.14:12-13 NKJV< Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the Commandments of GOD and the Faith of JESUS. Then I heard a Voice from Heaven saying to me, Write: Blessed are the dead who die in the LORD from now on. Yes, says the SPIRIT, that they may rest from their labours, and their works follow them. Cross References: *2Pet.1:13-14 NKJV< Yes, I think it is right, as long as I am in this tent (that is, thephysical body), to stir you up by reminding you, knowing that shortly I must put off my tent, just as the LORD JESUS CHRIST showed me. *Phil.1:21-24 NKJV< For me to live is CHRIST, and to die is gain. But if I live on in the flesh, this will mean fruit from my labour; yet what I shall choose I cannot tell. For I am hard pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with CHRIST, which is far better. Note: JESUS did not tell the thief that both of them will be in Heaven but in Paradise! Secondly, seasons and days have to do with the physical and not the Spiritual. And even the redeemed are no longer controlled by such. As a matter of fact, days and seasons have nothing to do beyond the earth. (Jn.3:6-12, Gal.4:1-11). Acclamation: *Eph.4:8-10 NKJV< Therefore HE says: When HE ascended on High, HE led captivity captive, And gave Gifts to men. (Now this, HE ascended--what does it mean but that HE also descended into the lower parts of the earth? HE WHO descended is also the ONE WHO ascended far above all the heavens, that HE might fill all things. *1Pet.3:18-20 NKJV< For CHRIST also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that HE might bring us to GOD, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the SPIRIT, by WHOM also HE went and preached to the spirits in prison, who formerly were disobedient, when once the Divine long-suffering waited in the days of Noah... *Lk.11:21-22 NKJV< When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own palace, his goods are in peace. But when a STRONGER than he comes upon him and overcomes him, HE takes from him all his armour in which he trusted, and divides his spoils. *Mt.28:18-20 NKJV< And JESUS came and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to ME in Heaven and on earth.
