Is article 123 of indian constitution anti democracy? The issuinces of serial ordinances by modi ji govt throwing lot of questions to us the recent develnpments of modi govt relating to ordinances. The govt issued ordinances relating to land acquisition act,insurance,orbitration laws,coal laws. these all ordinces are failed to get pass in parliament but modi govt issued ordinances ignoring all parliament members voice is this isnt anti democracy? Has modi forgetten our democracy is parliament democrcy? Therefore we have to demand loudly amend the article 123 and repeal it. The 123 article is anti democracy it is time to debate to discuss about misuse of article 123.
