Is he larger than the sport ??? is the question that came to mind..... and then what comes to mind is this Damn it, He is the sport ......You had to be there at the stadium to feel it. It has not sunk in yet that, the lord will not make is presence felt with the bat on the field anymore.... It will probably only sink in when India play SA next month. An era is about to end and another about to begin. Hard to imagine for me, that there would be a new generation of cricketers who would not have seen Sachin play. They would never know what they have missed.
