Is it possible the gracious cabinet secretary for defence is mortified to speak,seeing the ferocity with which females in upper echelons of power are rapidly and rabidly mauled for the tiniest of slip ups?....For crying out loud,she is in charge of the KDF docket and KDF was basically in charge at WESTGATE....and am yet to even see the eyes behind the windshield(dark goggles....leave alone a gap on the lips!
