Is it too much to ask that this school district have policies for all the schools across the board. I have two kids who have been in four schools and the rules are different at each one. Parent must be there to sign them in. Need a dr note to return. Dont need a note its just unexcused. A doctor receipt is not good enough. Parents do not have to accompany them to return to class, text your child so they know you are coming, dont turn your phones on at school at all. Just bring the receipt from your doctor visit. Use your phone at lunch and between classes. Bring your phone and listen to music. We may use your phone in class for a special assignment. Leave your phones at home. Use your phone at recess. No dismissals after 3. Come pick up anytime. must sign them in for tardy. Parents can just write and excuse. If its during homeroom they can sign themselves in. Can only enter at the midpoint of a class. Must have a Dr excuse. JUST SET A STANDARD!
