Is this good news? RUSHDEN LAKES As you will probably know by now, we locally are to get a brand new state of the art shopping centre much comparable to Milton Keynes. It will have a mixture of shops and leisure facilities, including a home and garden centre, shops on three terraces, space for up to four waterfront restaurants, a hotel and creche, a boathouse/activity centre and a lakeside visitors’ centre. Marks & Spencer has already signed up to be an anchor store. A bridge over the A45 will allow pedestrian access from Waitrose.
