It is almost a year to the day since I got in touch with you. The Bridal Studio where i had purchased my beautiful Sorrento gown, shut its doors with no real explanation At that point that store was the only stockist of the gown in Glasgow - having spent 3 full days (!) with my mother, mother in law, aunt and chief bridesmaid trying on EVERY dress Glasgow had to offer. I knew that no other dress would cut it. It is true what they say about finding the one. I had no idea where to turn..so i took the advice of another bridal store and called you directly. You turned a situation that is every brides worst nightmare into the best customer service I could have imagined. After a couple of conversations over the phone you agreed to make me my dress. Within a week i had it!! Made to my measurements. Perfect. I wanted to shout about you from the rooftops - but i still had a whole year to wait until my wedding! Our wedding took place on 24/05/2014 and it was perfect! Thank you so much for the huge part you all played in making it so perfect!!!!
