It is interesting to realise that discrimination is not an entirely new phenomenon in our world.Our Lord Jesus Christ in his earthly ministry modelled a life in such direct confrontation to this evil reality at high levels of religious leadership of his age.After him ,Apostle Paul took this struggle to an even higher dimension.Despite the great buzz of human civilisation and rationalism it is sad to observe that this ugly situation hasnt changed much today as instutional discrimination is still rampant even at high levels of our society. It is even more regrettable to say that this evil is not only live but kicking in highly devastating proportions in Christian institutions of our day.Lord help us as leaders to model our conduct in line with your unquestionable example!!!!!!
