It is with deep regret that we have to inform everyone that this morning Seanie Richardson lost his fight for life on this earth. Wee Seanie as he was simply known to all as, was just a gentleman who touched many hearts over the years. He was arguably the most complete hurler ever to grace these parts and he will be always be remembered with great fondness. We had the pleasure to conduct an interview with Seanie a couple of years ago and he gave us a great insight into the old hurling ways with loads of great stories. We will try and share some of his stories with everyone in the near future. Meanwhile we will all keep Seanie in our prayers along with his immediate family and his many, many friends.
