It is with sincere and heartfelt sympathy that I have been informed of the passing of Mr. James Caldwell Sr.He was a great Civil Rights Activist and leader in the Toledo Community. Mr. Caldwell was honored by having the Caldwell Center named for him because of his outstanding service in North Toledo. Mr. Caldwell also taught at Woodward High School and will be remembered for being an outstanding TPS PROUD.... TEACHER! He was one of the founders of United Missionary Baptist Church .Mr Caldwell has done much more than I can write in this short space. He is one of the Toledo N.A.A.C.Ps most outstanding members. May God continue to give his wife and children the strength they need to get through their bereavement . Mr. James Caldwell will always be revered in high esteem. RIH.
