It isnt often that I really complain about a company. Other than my cell phones Ive quit doing business with AT&T about 4 years ago because of their mistakes and inability to properly correct it. Now Im having the same problem with COMCAST. After 5 months of patiently working with them to correct their mistakes Ive finally ran out of patience. I LOATHE COMCAST now! My problem is still not resolved and I honestly dont see a resolution in the near future because I have no confidence in their abilities. They owe me $200 because of a mistake they made. It should be more because of the amount of time Ive spent on the phone with them having to explain the same thing about 3-4 times per phone call. Im on hold with them at this minute trying to resolve it once again. Ive been on the phone now for over 1hour20minutes. #comcast
