It takes a village! I once joked and turned my nose up at this statement! Thinking, it takes a mom & dad! Well, it does take a village! It does take a town, a city - a COMMUNITY! It takes family, friends & colleagues to pool resources, strengths & the precious commodity known as Time! It cant be about keeping your friends close and enemies closer! What does that solve? It simply adds fuel. We must first look within at ourselves, then we must look at our environment and stop being hypocrites and last we must embrace that we are human and be willing to right our wrongs. We can quip & embrace all the quotes we can about failure being a building block but the only real answer is to look within ourselves and find compassion for others, strength to right wrongs and the understaniding, along w/ thick skin, to do both!
