Its 2014. If youre a musician still WAITING to be signed, you should probably revaluate your path. Take responsibility for your future, this isnt a fairy tale. No one is going to discover you and make you a star. Do your research and put in the work if you really want it. Not even Hopsin or Tech N9ne, people who really paved the way for independent rappers, are going to sweep you off your feet and give you a free ride just because they think youre dope. They worked their asses off to get where they are, and they did it because they took responsibility for themselves - they didnt rely on anyone else. Why would they help someone with just as much opportunity as they had? Work smarter!
