Its #ManlyMonday, you say? We didnt forget! This week we interviewed Personal Trainer, Crossfit Coach, and MMA Coach Patrick Magrann. Check out our interview with Patrick below! Q: What do you do to workout? A: I do a mix of bodybuilding style lifting, Crossfit, and MMA training. Q: What is the next goal you are working towards? A: My goal is to be Hollywoods youngest and most sought after personal trainer! Q: What do you like to do when youre not getting sweaty? A: Well, the best things in life make you sweaty… But I like to nerd out on economics and history books, and hit the firing range. Q: What superpower would you like to possess? A: To heal really fast, Wolverine style, because injury is the biggest fear i have with riding motorcycles and doing MMA so I wouldnt have to worry about that! Q: Whats your ideal date night? A: Something ridiculous like laser tag or Jump Sky High! Patrick trains his clients throughout the city of Los Angeles.
