Its cold. As last year, we shut the furnace off in spring, and are now putting off lighting it up again. Can we make it to November? Last year we got to mid-October. Its now down to around 10 degrees, so I opened the doors and windows for a while when I got home, as it was 13 degrees outside! I am really looking forward to warmer temperatures next week. I give thanks for my quilt, and for wool sweaters. In the meantime, tonight I think Ill go to the Harry Bailey Aquatic Centre, have a swim and hang out in the hot tub and sauna.
