Ive never taken on a thing with the thought that I going to give it half my effort. I have this thing that if Im going to do something, Im going to do it better than anyone before me. I commit 100% of my time and resources to the new venture. Thats the heart of an entrepreneur. Well, when I first decided to start dabbling in real estate in December, my main goal was to sell million dollar homes and make them art clients. I was going to dabble. I quickly learned that one cant get anywhere in real estate by dabbling. You cant become a top producing agent by dabbling. Well why do you want to become a top producing agent? Because I can, and will. What about your art? What about it? I can still paint, still ship and sell weekly to collectors across the world. I want a new challenge. Give me a year. =)
