I’m declaring today WINNER WEDNESDAY!!! I want to take a moment to celebrate some very special people in my life! My challengers!!! These people motivate and inspire ME every day and I could not be more proud. They dedicated 60 DAYS of their life to make a change. They were dedicated with their nutrition and making better choices, they were dedicated in their workouts, and they were dedicated in posting encouragement to one another daily in our accountability group. I’m so pleased that Aida Cyganek and I were able to team up and coach these wonderful people. What a blessing!
