JEE to become first major exam with fully online application process Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) for 2014 is all set to have a fully online application process. It is using technology to good effect by ensuring the entire pre-exam process is a paperless affair. There is now no need to send any document to JEE office as even things like signature and thumb impression will be uploaded online. The online application process scheduled to start from November 15 will require students to keep scanned images (in JPEG format only) of their signature, thumb impression and photographs ready. After filling the form online, students will be asked to upload the scanned images to JEE server after which they can pay the examination fee online via debit/credit card. After submission, an acknowledgement slip will be generated that has to be printed and kept safely for future reference. Students can also pay the fee at any branch of listed banks by generating an e-challan online.
