JOB: Customer Relationship Manager, Home-Based, Canada or USA #CFMJobs #WorkFromHome #WorkAtHome #HomeJobs #Jobs The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible to establish, nurture and grow the relationships between The Nigel Corneal BDM Service Network thinkbdm / ca.linkedin/in/nigelcorneal and those customers that make up his or her Managed Customer Base. The CRM is expected to create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing rapport with the customer, helping in the planning and development of customer-focused programs, the resolution of customer concerns and facilitating the delivery of services to the customer. The key functions of the CRM consist of but are not limited to: - assessing customer needs and generating sales leads through direct communication - monitoring customer satisfaction and recommending approaches to better serve customers Income for this role is targeted to be in the $45K+ range. QUALIFICATIONS - Previous account management or customer service experience preferably in an outbound call centre or working from home; - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (any second language is an asset); - Strong reading comprehension; - Excellent interpersonal skills and a true desire to help customers to achieve their goals; - Confidence in speaking with both consumers and business professionals including recruiters, managers, executives and owners at all levels; - Must have a home computer with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel); - Must demonstrate a professional and friendly interpersonal manner; - Disciplined, self-motivated and able to work effectively without supervision; - Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
