Then you could be our next Technical Support Analyst at the Employee Service Centre! We are looking for a student to be part of our ESC technology team. As part of this team, you would assist us in supporting our clients through the new ESC Knowledge Centre, Discoverer reporting tool, and with Excel Timecards. The successful candidate will be available to work up to 20 daytime hours within the course of the work week, with potential to work more hours on school holidays. You will be technology savvy, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have excellent interpersonal skills and a client-service focus. This person will be primarily responsible for walking clients through questions/issues with their Excel timecard over the phone and via email. As part of the Optimization and Reporting team, we also serve our internal clients through trouble-shooting and administration of a number of systems. You will do everything from assisting staff to moving and hooking up their computers to uploading information to our new Sharepoint website. This position may also be responsible for the Timekeeper role at the ESC, ensuring timecards have been submitted, approved and entered into the Midas payroll system. This position would start as soon as possible until May 1, 2015 with the potential to work full time as a summer student May to September, 2015.
