JUNE 15TH UPDATE ON EBOLA As far as Ministry of Health & Sanitation (MOHS) is concerned, there are so far, only sixty two (62) confirmed cases of Ebola in Sierra Leone since May 25th 2014 of which nine (9) people have been discharged and nineteen (19) have died in hospital. So, theoretically, we should currently have 34 Ebola patients admitted in hospital +62 (confirmed) - not including the scores of dead in villages/towns. -09 (discharged) - MOHS says theyre cured coz they presented early -19 (dead) --------- 34 Ebola patients admitted in hospital. --------- Although there are scores of dead persons in villages and towns of Kailahun, according to Ministry of Health & Sanitation, those dead are not counted as Ebola dead. The only dead people whom the MOHS counts are those whom the ministry admitted and tested positive for EBOLA.
