JUST IN: US Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced a deal on Thursday to calm tensions over Ukraine between Russia and the Western world. The deal, reached after seven hours of negotiations in Geneva, calls for the disarmament of illegally armed groups and for separatist groups occupying buildings in eastern Ukraine to give up their claims.
