January #ACROVINYASA Challenge DAY 24: #ReverseBat BASE: From Reverse Namaskar, flyer will bring hands down and fold arms in front of chest. From there, bend your knees to create space for flyer’s torso to fit through your legs. Place hands on flyer’s mid back and guide them through. Press enough so that you can extend legs again and flyer can reach their ankles. FLYER: From Reverse Namaskar, release hands towards the floor and fold hands in front of chest. Keep legs in Baddhakonasana. As base presses you through the legs, make yourself as small as possible to fit your torso through. Reach for ankles and relax your head once you are in position. SPOTTER: As flyer transitions into Reverse Bat, stand alongside base in warrior stance with hands around the hips. Check for alignment, be the voice of communication and bring flyer and base back into balance when necessary.
