Jasmine Gilliam, I just finished reading the piece by Byron Hurt and this was the very next post on my time line. I do believe this is the type of encounter Stephen A. Smith was describing in his Ill worded rant. Its difficult for me to absolve the girl in the video of all responsibility. To do so victimizes her further by implying that she is incapable of controlling herself and the boy is. Im curious, what do you think the young man should have done? Would he be justified in retaliation of her attack upon him?
