Jeff Brown Yesterday at 10:27am · I have had wonderful moments when alone with the Godself in nature, in dance, in music. Like many lone-wolf warriors, I was sure I could go deepest alone, when there was nothing to distract or trigger me. And for a long time I did. But time and hard inner work has shifted my perspective in the direction of personal relationship as my path to God. Not just any relationship, but those that hit you in the soul-ar plexus, that give you new eyes, that reach inside of your heart and soften its edges. They may not end well, but their mission is accomplished as soon as they open you. Profound connections paint pictures of possibility in the sky, expanding our lens for all eternity. We are not just here together to keep each other company. We are here together to show each other God.
