Jesus said, If you love Me, keep My commandments. John 14:15 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him. John 14:21 Paul said, If anyone thinks himself to be a prophet or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things which I write to you are the commandments of the Lord. 1 Cor. 14:37 John said, And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. 1 John 3:22 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome. 1 John 5:3 Oh, that you had heeded My commandments! Then your peace would have been like a river, And your righteousness like the waves of the sea. Isaiah 48:18 Not sure what this verse means & looks like in todays Christian walk; thats ok, just be willing to ask the Lord to teach you & help you (John 14:26), as we learn from our brother David in Ps. 143:10, Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Your Spirit is good.
