Join us in prayer today, and lets lift up the most vulnerable people we are helping before the Lord: the orphans, the elderly and the sick. Heavenly Father, we who are rich thank you for the many ways in which you have blessed us. We pray for those who are less fortunate, and especially we pray for the precious Jewish people who 49:22TRUST has been called to serve. Many of them in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan - and other places too - live without the food, clothing and heating which we take for granted. Many are suffering illness and cannot afford access to health care. We also remember the thousands of children who have lost their parents, or whose parents were unable to care for them because of their own suffering. Lord, we pray for their relief: that you will call upon people to bring them Good News: for release from their captivity to poverty, bring healing for the sick and sight to the blind. We pray that you will be a Father to the fatherless and provide these children with the care and attention which they need to know that they are not forgotten. Give these, your people, freedom from antisemitism and from stigma. Give us your power to intervene as well as to intercede. Send us Lord in the power of your Spirit. Lead us to those in most need and let us present them to you, whole and well. Empower us to help all who are willing to return to the Land of Promise in their Aliyah to Israel. All this we pray in Jesus Name. Amen.
